Refund Requests
We understand that circumstances can vary. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request, contact us at [email protected] with your name, program enrolled in, and reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
Certification Program
Because in-person training involves significant preparation and reserved instructor time, refunds for the 2-Day Certification are not guaranteed but will be considered fairly.
Coaching Programs & Project Support
Refund eligibility will be assessed based on how far into the program the client is and the circumstances presented.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule before a program begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Early notice will be taken into consideration in any refund decision.
